IN NEED OF RETURN / EXCHANGE?
Return/Exhange is allowed if,
Item is 7 days from date of purchase (walk in purchase) or date of received (online purchase)
Invoice is produced as prove of purchase
Item is in original condition (Tags intact, Unscented, Unworn, Unwashed)
Full priced items only
If yes to all, follow these steps
- Online Puchase
- Inform us on return / exchange request to Customer Service
- Send us back the return / exchange item and furnish us with the tracking number
- We will process the return / exchange immediately after
- Boutique Purchase
- Bring back the item to any nearby boutique
- Our lovely staff will process exchange once the eligilbility is met
*Return / Exchange delivery cost will be borne by customer for other than wrong item recieved, defect, or mishandling of our part.
