Not quite as what was expected? Problem with merchandise received? Fret not!

 

IN NEED OF RETURN / EXCHANGE?

 

Return/Exhange is allowed if, 

 

Item is within 7 days from date of purchase (walk in purchase) or date of received (online purchase)

Invoice is produced as prove of purchase

Item is in original condition & pacakaging (Tags intact, Unscented, Unworn, Unwashed)

Full priced items only

Once in a single receipt & one (1) time only

 

If yes to all, follow these steps

 

  • Online Puchase
    1. Inform us on return / exchange request to Customer Service
    2. Send us back the return / exchange item and furnish us with the tracking number
    3. We will process the return / exchange immediately after

 

  • Boutique Purchase
    1. Bring back the item to any nearby boutique
    2. Our lovely staff will process exchange once the eligilbility is met

 

*Return / Exchange delivery cost will be borne by customer for other than wrong item received, defect, or mishandling on our part.
