*Return / Exchange delivery cost will be borne by customer for other than wrong item received, defect, or mishandling on our part.
REFUNDS
1.All sales are final. However, in case of items received are dissatisfactory or defect, customer may opt for refunds as last resort. Refunds is not a mandatory solution and solely on Fana Couture discretion.
2. In case of items sold out upon ordering, Fana Couture will refund via original payment method to customer.
